What it is
AtinoHire is an applicant tracking system for teams whose open roles are mostly engineering. Most ATS products treat a CV as a document to store and a candidate as a row to move. That works until the roles get technical — until the difference between someone who has written Kubernetes manifests and someone who once sat near a cluster actually matters. AtinoHire is built around that difference.
What it does
Reads CVs on arrival
Upload a resume in PDF, DOCX, or most other common formats and AtinoHire extracts the contact details, skills, work history, and education by itself. Nobody retypes anything; you review a filled-in profile instead of building one.
Searches by skill, not by string
A search for “React” also returns people who list Next.js, Redux, or plain JavaScript, because AtinoHire knows how those sit relative to one another. The graph covers more than 500 technologies across frontend, backend, DevOps, data, and mobile, and it turns up roughly 60% more qualified candidates than matching on the literal word.
Runs each opening on a board
Every role gets a drag-and-drop pipeline whose stages you define — Applied, Screening, Interview, Technical Assessment, Offer, Hired, or whatever your process actually looks like. Several roles can run side by side without bleeding into each other.
Matches names that sound alike
Engineering candidate pools are international, and the same name reaches you spelled three different ways. Searching “Sergei” will find “Sergey” and “Siarhei” too.
Flags what deserves a second look
Profile hints call out recent job changes, gaps in employment, unusually narrow skill concentrations, and missing information — so a first-pass screen does not require reading every line.
